IPLDK-50/100

The IPLDK-100 is a fully Digital Hybrid Key Telephone System designed to meet the needs of medium sized businesses with 15 to 100 users.

The IPLDK-100 employs a modular design, which means that different configurations can be accommodated using either one or two cabinets with as little expenditure as possible. The IPLDK-100's flexible design also allows the use of many different types of telephone instruments such as Digital, Analogue and IP.

The IPLDK-100 has been designed to allow a high level of software control over the system hardware. The software incorporates a vast array of features and capabilities, some of which are outlined below.

ISDN
This system can accommodate ISDN exchange lines, both Primary Rate and Basic Rate. ISDN extensions can also be configured for applications that require an ISDN port.

Integrated Voice Messaging
The IPLDK 100's optional integrated voice messaging is a flexible tool designed to meet the needs of most organizations. It provides auto-attendant for the automatic answering of incoming calls and for the routing of these calls to different departments or extensions. Each extension also can have its own voice-mailbox, where messages can be left for individual users.

IP
The IPLDK is IP compatible which facilitates an extended range of connection options. Home workers can be included as extension of the system using their off site internet connection. Site offices can also be linked allowing internal calls and call transfer between compatible systems.

Telephone Options
The LG-Nortel IPLDK 100 allows the use of several different telephones. These include the LG LDP 7000 range, the LG LKD range and the LG KD range of keysets. Wireless DECT telephones are also available using cellular technology to cover larger buildings. Standard telephones are often used in applications where a low degree of functionality is required. Recently IP telephones have been added to the range and can be used either on site or in remote locations, such as for home workers.

Call Center
There are many built-in Call Center features which are supplied as standard on the IPLDK 100. These include:

PC Applications
Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) applications allows you to integrate your telephone system with PC database applications. A PC Attendant is also available, which allows the operator use their PC to handle calls. System programming and administration can also be achieved with the required software.

For people who wish to access their phone system via their PC, the IPLDK offers the Phontage product. The user friendly interface and high voice quality of the Phontage makes this useful advanced VOIP solution easy for users to adopt either in the workplace or in the field. Sophisticated call handling such as call recording, individual voice mail and other useful features are just a few clicks away.

If, for any reason, records of telephone conversations are needed, calls can be recorded and stored onto your PC in a file. These files can then be e-mailed or simply stored for future reference. This feature is often used for recording purchase orders, directions, and legal details.
